Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OnePlace, you agree to these Terms. If you use OnePlace on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.

Use of the Service

OnePlace provides tools for building, deploying, and operating AI agents, data workflows, integrations, and automation experiences. You are responsible for your accounts, credentials, configurations, prompts, data, workflows, outputs, and use of connected third-party services.

Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining appropriate permissions for your users, agents, and integrations.

Integrations and Third-Party Services

You may choose to connect OnePlace to third-party services such as Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Salesforce, databases, or other tools. Your use of third-party services remains subject to their own terms and policies. You authorize OnePlace to access and process connected service data as needed to provide the features you enable.

Customer Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of content and data you submit, connect, or process through OnePlace. You grant OnePlace the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and use that data to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

AI Outputs

OnePlace agents may generate summaries, recommendations, code, workflow actions, or other outputs. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether they are suitable before relying on them or taking action.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use OnePlace to:

• Violate laws, regulations, third-party rights, or contractual obligations.
• Access, process, or disclose data without appropriate rights, permissions, or consent.
• Transmit malware, exploit vulnerabilities, disrupt systems, or bypass security controls.
• Build deceptive, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or harmful workflows or content.
• Reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law.
• Use the service in high-risk settings where failure could lead to death, personal injury, or severe property or environmental damage without appropriate independent safeguards.

Fees and Subscriptions

Paid plans, if applicable, are billed according to the order form, checkout flow, or written agreement that applies to your account. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in a separate agreement.

Intellectual Property

OnePlace and its software, interfaces, designs, documentation, logos, and related materials are owned by OnePlace or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of OnePlace technology or trademarks.

Service Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that OnePlace will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Termination

You may stop using OnePlace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a way that may harm OnePlace, users, or third parties.

Disclaimers

OnePlace is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnePlace will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amounts paid by you to OnePlace for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $100 if no amounts were paid.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use of OnePlace after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
