How We Use Information
We use information to operate OnePlace and deliver the product features you request. This includes:
- Creating and managing accounts, agents, workflows, tools, integrations, and permissions.

Google User Data
If you connect a Google account or Google Workspace service, OnePlace only requests the permissions needed to provide the features you enable. Depending on the integration and scopes you approve, OnePlace may access Google Drive files, Google Docs content, file metadata, comments, folders, or other Google Workspace data needed for the requested workflow.
OnePlace's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- We use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing OnePlace features that you request or enable.
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising or personalized ad targeting.
- We do not use Google user data to train or improve generalized AI or machine learning models.
- We do not allow human access to Google user data except with your explicit consent, for security purposes, to comply with law, or for limited internal operations using aggregated or anonymized information.
How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to provide and protect the service, including:
- With service providers that help us host, secure, monitor, support, or operate OnePlace.
- With third-party integrations you choose to connect, and only as needed to complete your requested workflows.
- With your organization or workspace administrators when your account is managed by that organization.
- When required by law, legal process, security investigation, or to protect the rights and safety of OnePlace, users, or others.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections for user data.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide OnePlace, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements. You may disconnect integrations, revoke OAuth access, or request deletion of your account data by contacting support@getoneplace.ai. You can also revoke Google account access from your Google Account security settings.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information. These safeguards include access controls, encrypted transmission, token protection, logging, monitoring, and separation of customer data where appropriate. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location and account type, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, object to, or restrict processing of personal information. To make a request, contact support@getoneplace.ai.
